Offerings
For a small offering you may have a Mass said in the name of anyone living or deceased.
We also offer the option to perpetually enroll any individual. When you perpetually enroll
someone, they will share in the daily Masses, prayers, sacrifices and good works of the order.
To request a Mass or Perpetual enrollment, click on one of the cards below, then print the
form and mail it to us along with your offering. The selected card will be mailed to the
person you request in order to inform them of your generous gift made in their name.
Perpetual Enrollment

Peretual Enrollment Card
The perpetual enrolment card is printed on extra heavy weight paper and includes a detachable
bookmark containing Prayers to Our Lady for Health, Happiness, and Peace.
